About
the Project
“Joc de cuvinte” is an independent cultural and civic journalism podcast
produced in Brașov, Romania. The project promotes cultural dialogue, public
debate, media literacy, and democratic values through in-depth interviews,
commentary and community-oriented content.
The podcast is developed in
collaboration with the
County Federation of Youth NGOs Brașov (FJOT Brașov), an umbrella
organization representing youth NGOs dedicated to education, civic engagement
and community development.
Mission
To provide independent, ethical
and culturally relevant journalism, accessible to young audiences and the
broader public, strengthening freedom of expression, civic awareness and
cultural participation.

- Interviews with writers, journalists, experts,
educators and public figures
- Cultural, civic and social analysis
- Media literacy content for youth
- Promotion of freedom of expression, transparency and
public dialogue
- Coverage of local and regional cultural initiatives

The project is produced
independently by Claudiu Oteleanu, journalist, writer and cultural communicator,
in partnership with FJT Brașov.
The project is non-profit,
with all activities aimed at serving the public interest.
